Shipping policy

Our products are shipped with USPS. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. 

You will receive tracking information. Please use the tracking number on the USPS website to track your package and sign up for email or text alerts. 

Please note, we are not responsible for delays or "running late" shipping from USPS. Typically, you will receive your package 3 to 5 days after it has shipped. However, they do experience delays that are unforeseeable. This is why it is recommended to sign up for the alertsto stay updated on your shipment status. 

If you have not received your package within 10 business days, please reach out to your local post office with your tracking number. You can file a missing package claim. 

If all else fails, we will do out best to make it right. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused or undeliverable packages. In the event a package is returned to sender, we will refund for the item price minus shipping. You can repurchase with the correct shipping information. It is best to verify your shipping information prior to submitting.
